These terms govern the use of the Gulf Sweet B2B wholesale platform. By creating an account you confirm you represent a licensed commercial establishment in Saudi Arabia and agree to the following:
Accounts & verification
Registration is for commercial shops only. Every account is subject to verification (VAT number, CR certificate, National Address); we may decline or suspend accounts that do not meet the requirements.
Orders & pricing
Prices are in Saudi Riyal and are frozen when an order is created. Prepayment is the only payment model. Invoices are issued through our ERP in line with ZATCA requirements.
Delivery issues
Report delivery damage or shortages to customer service promptly so the issue can be documented and reviewed.
Acceptable use
Misuse of the platform, attempts at unauthorised access, or submission of false information are prohibited.
